You got this Mama

As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the highest credential in lactation care, I offer personalized, evidence-based support tailored to your unique needs and goals.

As an Integrative and Functional practitioner, I combine traditional breastfeeding expertise with a holistic approach to help you thrive in your postpartum journey. While I provide comprehensive support for latch, milk supply, positioning, and pumping, I also look deeper addressing the root causes of feeding challenges through functional nutrition, gut health, hormone balance, and stress regulation.

My care integrates natural remedies, nutritional guidance, and mind–body techniques to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each session is designed to help both you and your baby find balance, connection, and confidence for a truly healthy, empowered breastfeeding experience.

Nurturing you and your baby… one feeding at a time.

Breastfeeding is personal. As an Integrative & Functional IBCLC, I unite clinical best practices with functional nutrition and nervous-system support to resolve latch and supply challenges, protect the breastfeeding relationship, and support you as a whole person.

Each session includes a full parent–infant assessment, feeding observation, weighted feed, and a customized care plan that blends clinical expertise with nervous system and nutritional support.

Home Visits & Travel Fees

I love being able to bring lactation care directly to families’ homes, but because South Florida traffic can be unpredictable, I’ve created a travel policy to keep things sustainable while making sure families outside of Miami still have access to support.

Because of traffic patterns, I schedule longer-distance visits on weekends when the roads are lighter and I have more flexibility in my schedule. This allows me to spend unhurried time with your family.

If you live farther out, please reach out early so I can help you secure a weekend appointment or guide you toward a telehealth session until I can see you in person.
