As an Integrative and Functional Lactation Consultant, I combine traditional breastfeeding support with a holistic approach to help you thrive during your postpartum journey. While I assist with all aspects of breastfeeding, including latch, milk supply, and positioning, I also focus on your overall well-being.

I address the root causes of breastfeeding challenges by considering your nutrition, gut health, hormonal balance, and stress levels. I offer personalized functional nutrition support, natural remedies, and mind-body techniques to support your physical, emotional, and mental health. My goal is to help both you and your baby thrive, ensuring a healthy and empowering breastfeeding experience.

In Home Consults

All Visits are 90 minutes and include a health history review, mom and baby exam, latch assessment, weighted feed, and care plan.

    Self Pay Rates

    The cost of self pay rates is $300 per visit for both initial consultations and follow-ups. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our usual service area.

    We provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Medicaid Self-Pay Discount Policy

While I am not an in-network Medicaid provider, I want to make care as accessible as possible. For families with Medicaid, I offer a 25% self-pay discount when paying at the time of service. Please contact me to learn more.

    Self Pay Consults are $125-175 for telehealth calls.

Telehealth Calls

We offer telehealth calls which may also be covered by insurance. Calls are 45 - 90 minutes.

Visits must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. We can only accept certain insurance covered visits here. Please reach out to learn more.

Home Visits & Travel Fees

I love being able to bring lactation care directly to families’ homes, but because South Florida traffic can be unpredictable, I’ve created a travel policy to keep things sustainable while making sure families outside of Miami still have access to support.

Because of traffic patterns, I schedule longer-distance (outside of red zone) visits on weekends when the roads are lighter and I have more flexibility in my schedule. This allows me to spend unhurried time with your family.

If you live farther out, please reach out early so I can help you secure a weekend appointment or guide you toward a telehealth session until I can see you in person.
